BIO It was obvious even at a very young age that Asheley Clark had a talent far beyond the norm. Encouraged by her parents to pursue her talent, Asheley began to take piano and voice lessons and she regularly put her education to practice, in the music ministry of her home church in Lowell, Massachusetts. She later expanded her repertoire with classical vocal training and music theory. Since writing her first song at the age of fourteen, Asheley has continued to stretch her song writing muscles by writing many songs in a variety of styles- from worship and church choir music to classical and folk, and most recently in her newest project- soul and pop. In October of 2003 Asheley married Judah Clark, a musician from Mississippi. Judah became a great support to Asheley's career and served with her as a co-producer on her debut CD, a gospel record titled "Find Me." The two have also started a non-profit organization called Indigesound Global Outreach, a multi-faceted organization aimed at bringing positive and uplifting music to the world, while giving an opportunity for affordable music education to those who would not normally have it available to them. Asheley is the first artist supported by Indigesound Records, a facet of Indigesound geared at supporting and promoting independent artists. www.indigesound.com Asheley has had the opportunity to tour within the United States and across the world, traveling to countries such as Cyprus, South Africa, Lesotho, and Egypt, just to name a few. Her world travel makes her concerts exciting and diverse as she regularly incorporates world instruments and styles into her songs. Her writing is refreshingly real and intimate and her songs play out simply like pages from her journal. Asheley Clark has a "music mission" and she hopes that her music is regularly encouraging others to "Say Hello to Love."
